- Acted for private equity house Total Capital Partners LLP on the real estate aspects of the £4.2m acquisition of clothing retailer Weird Fish Limited.
- Advised Hermes Real Estate Investment Management on its acquisition from Westfield of a 50% stake in three UK shopping centres with a combined value of £400m.
- Advised Queensland Investment Corporation Global Real Estate on the refinancing of £210m of debt secured on its interest in a major UK shopping centre.
- Advised Kuwait Business Town Real Estate Co on its purchase of a retail park shopping complex located in Oldham, Greater Manchester, for £54 million.
