Special Needs Planning
Google
Special Needs Planning is made up of two primary components. First is the legal documents, second is the supporting plans and arrangements. The goal of the planning is to maximize, as well as reasonably possible, the quality of life that our special needs family member will experience following our disability or demise. So many special needs beneficiaries will outlive their family caretakers and then have to rely on the plans or lack of plans that we have put in place for them. Without thoughtful planning by their families, many of our special needs family members will be forced to live in extremely impoverished conditions. For most special needs people, these conditions can be greatly avoided by careful planning. The founder of our firm has a severely disabled child and so he understands the issues and emotions involved. He works dilligently to help families get their planning in order through training, classes, seminars, and personal consultation. We are constantly developing & streamlining processes to simplify the planning process for families. To find out more, click on any of the links below or contact us for further information.
