Keystone Law commercial property director Jim Houston and solicitor Jonny Mullan have advised the residential nursing care provider Hollyblue Healthcare on the sale of its care home business to Impact Healthcare, the real estate investment trust.
The seven-figure, cross-jurisdictional sale comprised three care homes based in Northern Ireland.
Jim and Jonny advised on all Northern Ireland property and finance aspects of the transaction. They also provided specialist expertise to the solicitors acting for the administrators of the respective tenant operating companies in the assignments of their various leases.
Jim Houston said:
“We are delighted to have acted for Hollyblue Healthcare in the sale of its Northern Ireland care home business to Impact Healthcare. It was great to have worked with the teams at Hollyblue and Impact, with excellent co-operation throughout the deal.”
