Keystone receives a huge number of applications to join the firm, but we only invite lawyers of the highest calibre to join us.

Our simple and transparent remuneration means everyone is remunerated in the same way and our lawyers often earn considerably more than in their previous firms:
• 15% goes to the lawyer who introduces the client
• 60% goes to the lawyer who does the work
• 75% goes to a lawyer who introduces the cli

Our lawyers are free to negotiate the structure that works for both them and their clients. They have the option to choose to charge on a retainer, fixed-fee or hourly basis and amend their normal rate to suit prevailing circumstances.
