Since the coronavirus pandemic, the number of employees working remotely has grown significantly and some people may have taken the opportunity to relocate to be close to family abroad or to sunnier climes for a few months. Employees do not always tell their employers where they are actually working from. So, does it matter if the employee is working somewhere else? The short answer is, yes it does!
