- Acted for a family office in the acquisition of a £15 million multi-let industrial estate.
- Advised a UK property fund on the £33 million acquisition and funding of a 110,000 square foot ExCel Centre mixed use acquisition with subsequent regearing, refinance and ultimate sale for £48 million.
- Assisted a UK property fund in the sub-sale acquisition of a £16 million multi-let retail investment with car park in London.

- Assisted a family office in the purchase and related secured lending of a £12.5 million business park subject to 8 tenancies.
- Advised a high net worth in the acquisition of a single let industrial investment for £6 million.
Development
- Acted for a UK based developer in the acquisition, site set-up and subsequent plot sales of a 75 unit residential development with ancillary commercial.
- Assisted a family office in the acquisition of retail units and office block in Kensington and its subsequent redevelopment to provide mixed use scheme of retail and 15 high-end residential units.
- Advised a UK based developer in relation to the acquisition, site set-up and development of a 320 unit student accommodation scheme with associated gym, cinema and retail units.
Leasing
- Assisted the owner of a prominent landmark London building in the granting of a 17,500 square foot lease of an entertainment area to an international visitor attraction operator.
- Acted for a London based Landlord in the grant of a 33,000 square foot office lease to an internationally renowned company.
- Advised an American tech company in the acquisition of a 28,000 square foot 10 year office lease over the floor of a prominent recently developed mixed-use high rise scheme and related JCT for major fit-out.
- Assisted a well-known on-line clothes retailer acquire various retail units throughout London.
Financing
- Assisted a high net worth in the joint venture acquisition of a £10 million office building with associated lending from a high street bank.
- Advised a lender on a £2 million mezzanine loan.
