Alyona is a commercial lawyer with over 20 years of cross-border experience in the hotel industry.
She has gained her extensive experience working for top international law firms and as senior in-house counsel at global brands, including Intercontinental Hotels Group PLC, Marriott International, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Renowned as a trusted adviser, Alyona supports owners, investors, international brands, developers, white-label operators and specialist lenders on all aspects of hotel development, portfolio restructuring, (re)branding, conversions, and operations throughout the entire hotel lifecycle in the EMEAA region.
She also delivers targeted training to in-house legal teams, and most recently she presented a webinar on White-Label HMAs: Aligning the Interests of Operators and Owners.
In addition to her transactional and advisory work, Alyona acts as a Fractional General Counsel for clients in the hospitality sector, providing flexible, strategic legal support tailored to their operational and growth needs.
Alyona is a dual-qualified solicitor in England & Wales and Russia.
