Corporate and commercial lawyer Bruce focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganisations. His commercial experience includes advising on consultancy, distribution, agency and marketing agreements, and a variety of sports-related sponsorship, retail and events agreements.
