- Obtained a highly favourable award within complicated financial proceedings where the other spouse had sought to place a series of valuable international assets beyond the reach of the London family courts
- Successfully obtained a series of costs orders against a father within highly contested children proceedings, orders which subsequently required enforcement against his English-based assets
- Successfully defended lengthy proceedings brought by a mother to permanently remove the children from this jurisdiction to Russia
- Obtained shared care arrangements for fathers on the breakdown of their relationships with their children’s mothers
- Negotiated international agreements at the end of two civil partnerships
