Colin is recognised as one of the UK’s leading surrogacy and fertility lawyers.

He routinely represents intended parents following domestic and international surrogacy arrangements in order to secure legal parentage under UK law and also advises on UK law relating to embryos, planned co-parenting arrangements, and sperm egg donation arrangements.
