David is a corporate solicitor specialising in fund raising, M&A, joint ventures and public markets transactions. He acts for companies, shareholders, investors, brokers, corporate finance advisers and NOMADs. David advises on transactions of all different sizes, including cross-border transactions but specialises in transactions under £50 million.
David advises growth companies, founders, and investors on fundraisings, venture capital, and private equity transactions, supporting businesses through early to later stage financing rounds and strategic investment deals.
