Fraser is a skilled employment lawyer, with over 35 years’ experience in his field, having been called to the Bar in 1976 and going on to qualify as a solicitor 11 years later. He is well placed to advise on all employment disputes, boasting particular specialisms in discrimination claims and prevention, European Works Councils, union recognition and disputes, and whistleblowing.

Fraser also advises on redundancy and restructuring, data protection and employee privacy, and European Works Councils.
