- Acted for Dongpeng Holdings Co Ltd, PW Medtech Group, and Deson Construction International Holdings Limited on their IPOs on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- Acted for Singapore-listed Tsit Wing International on a mandatory cash offer made by an acquirer
- Acted for GuoLine Overseas Limited in relation to its proposed voluntary cash offer to privatise Guoco Group for US$1.1b
- Acted for Joyas International Holdings Limited (Joyas), a Singapore-listed company, in relation to its proposed renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of warrants and convertible bonds
