Nia advises private clients, personal representatives and trustees. She specialises in helping individuals who wish to provide for dependents with particular disabilities through wills and/or trusts. Nia is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a recommended Mencap lawyer and on the Scope List of legal advisers.
