Priya is an associate who assists with both commercial and residential property transactions. This includes advising commercial landlords and tenants on a range of property transactions, including sub-sales, residential lease extensions and Help to Buy.
Expertise
Priya advises clients on a range of property matters including, completions, deeds of variation, licences to alter/assign, paying/calculating SDLT, preparing reports on title, registration of notices and charges, sales and purchases, and serving notices.
Experience
Assisted on a number of acquisitions involving conducting due diligence and drafting reports on title to present to the client.
Prepared and served Section 5 notices on a large scale and going on to complete the sale of properties where tenants accepted the offer.
Assisted on the sale of flats through auction.
