Robert is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team. He has extensive experience acting for a diverse client base, including landed estates, high-net-worth individuals, and property developers, across a broad spectrum of commercial and residential property disputes. His practice encompasses all aspects of landlord and tenant litigation, including possession claims, disrepair, and lease enforcement, as well as real property disputes involving boundaries, restrictive covenants, and easements.
Robert also advises on contentious agricultural property matters, with particular expertise in claims involving proprietary estoppel and other equitable remedies.
