Rose has over 30 years’ experience in defamation and media law. She advises publishers, editors, broadcasters, and individuals on a wide range of issues, including defamation, privacy, breach of confidence, and copyright.
Her work includes managing complex reputational risks and providing strategic pre-publication and post-publication advice. She has experience in resolving disputes efficiently, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation for organisations and individuals.
Rose now specialises in pre-publication advice for book publishers. Her clients include major publishing houses as well as smaller independent publishers.
Rose advises authors and publishers on a broad range of publishing content issues, including defamation, privacy, and copyright. Her work spans both traditional and digital publishing, with particular expertise in high-profile and sensitive subject matter.
