Sam is an experienced litigation paralegal who deals predominantly with property and commercial disputes. He assists with a wide range of litigious matters including 1954 Act lease renewals, breach of contract disputes, service of break notices, dilapidations, possessions, right of way disputes and trespass matters. These cases occur in multiple courts and tribunals, including the High Court, County Court, First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal.
