Thibaut has extensive expertise in EU pharmaceutical and medtech regulation, supporting companies and public bodies on the full product lifecycle – from clinical trials and health data governance to distribution, labelling, marketing, and EU-wide registration pathways. He advises on strategic and compliance challenges for both innovative digital health solutions and traditional medicinal products across the EU market.

• Supported a multinational company on global clinical trials, including contracting with CROs, suppliers, and hospital sites. 

• Advised the government of an EU Member State on establishing PCR testing infrastructure during the COVID-19 crisis. 

• Guided the development of a compliant EU-wide online platform for the sale of medicines, medical devices, and food products.    
• Prepared a template for the use of Real World Data together with stakeholders from hospitals and the innovative pharmaceutical industry.
