Victoria has over 14 years’ experience in commercial property law. She advises on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions involving a variety of property types including industrial estates and warehouses, hotels, office premises, student accommodation, and shopping centres.
Victoria advises on single asset and portfolio acquisitions and disposals, refinancings, pre-lets, landlord and tenant work and property management as well as assisting clients with general matters of property law.
