Naila Sarwar joins Keystone Law Middle East as a Partner in the Employment team having previously worked with Addleshaw Goddard in Dubai.
Naila is an experienced employment lawyer specialising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters in the Middle East, including the UAE and its freezones (Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Markets), Oman, Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Qatar. She has extensive experience advising on major areas of labour/employment laws including matters relating to employment contracts and policy documentation in compliance with local labour laws, discrimination and equal opportunity, employee relations, restructuring and redundancy, workplace investigations, performance management. Naila regularly advises clients from multinational companies and locally based companies across all sectors with a particular focus on financial institutions, healthcare, hospitality and tourism, consumer products, energy and SMEs. Prior to joining Keystone Law Middle East, Naila worked for both international and regional law firms in the UK and the Middle East.
