Keystone Law’s Private Client team has followed in the footsteps of the commercial practice with an increase of enquiries from sophisticated individuals looking to protect their assets, and welcomes Claudie Farndon to the Family & Matrimonial team.

Claudie advises on all issues relating to the breakdown of relationships including cohabitation disputes, divorce, and applications for a financial remedy where absolutely necessary. She has a particular interest in children matters such as applications for child arrangement orders, child abduction, and relocation disputes as well as financial orders in respect of children. During her career Claudie has achieved exceptional results for parents including obtaining a return order from the High Court and enforcement to reunite a child held in Poland by his mother with his father in the UK. She has also successfully applied for an unmarried mother to relocate to Italy with her six-year-old daughter along with obtaining financial provision under Schedule 1 of the Children Act.

James Knight, Managing Director, commented:

“I am delighted to welcome Claudie to our Family & Matrimonial and Private Client teams. Our commercial clients have benefitted from our personal and proactive service, and many of them are now returning to us for their personal affairs, where they will receive the same high level of attention and service.”
