Keystone Law advises Begbies Traynor on management buy-out of ROXi

Keystone Law’s Corporate partner Joseph Miller advised Begbies Traynor on a management buy-out (MBO) of ROXi.

The MBO of ROXi, an interactive music video streaming service, has enabled the newly formed company, FastStream Interactive Limited (FSI), to launch its interactive TV channels in the US. FSI has confirmed distribution deals with major US TV broadcasters to bring ROXi and other new innovative interactive TV channels to US Broadcast TV and will be America’s first interactive TV music channel, available free on NEXTGEN TV.
