Other firms that have made the cut include the likes of boohoo.com, House of Fraser, Lloyds Bank, Vue Cinemas, and The Co-operative Bank.

Thanks to the successful ‘Law Set Free’ campaign, upon which much of Keystone’s submissions were focused (and entailing a dedicated recruitment website, an innovative lifestyle calculator, and a high-profile PR stunt at Liverpool Street station), the firm has been shortlisted for awards for ‘Best Employer Brand’, ‘Best Career Website’ and ‘Best Financial and Professional Services Team’. The competition will be judged by a panel of experts, in including Rebecca Martin-Cortez of Travis Perkins plc and representatives from Which? and Direct Line Group.

Keystone’s Managing Director, James Knight, commented,

‘The past year has been a positive one for Keystone, in terms of recruitment. As a market disruptor, we are always looking to take an original and dynamic approach to recruitment, and the nominations we have received are a real testament to this. We look forward to further developing our strategy in the future.’

The ceremony will take place on 26 November at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel. We’ll keep you posted!
