“Dynamic” employment law expert Jacqueline McDermott joins Keystone Law, following in former colleague Rachel Tozer’s footsteps only months after Rachel’s own departure from Field Seymour Parkes. The move will see Keystone’s partner-level lawyers within the Employment team boosted to an impressive 18.

Jacqueline has 16 years’ experience acting for clients within a variety of sectors including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, professional services, education and charity. Her impressive experience spans across all aspects of both non-contentious and contentious matters in relation to contracts, policy and procedure matters, and employment proceedings. Jacqueline’s Tribunal and High Court track record is extremely impressive, having successfully acted in a large number of actions.

A member of the Employment Lawyers Association, she is also a frontrunner in thought leadership, commenting regularly on legal issues in the press, as well as running bespoke client workshops and speaking at seminars all over the country.

James Knight, Managing Director at Keystone Law, said:

“Jacqueline is a very welcome addition to our constantly growing team. Her broad range of expertise across all areas of the employment law sector will only further strengthen the firm. Furthermore, her attitude to thought leadership fits perfectly with Keystone’s innovative approach.”
