Keystone Law is delighted to welcome insurance dispute resolution lawyer Rachel Hawkins to the firm. Her arrival bolsters the growing insurance and dispute resolution teams and raises the total number of senior litigators at the firm to 33.
Rachel has extensive experience in resolving insurance disputes, and has acted for leading insurance companies in both a claimant and defendant capacity. She advises on recovery, liability, and policy coverage litigation, and handles claims from pre-issue through to litigated proceedings, with a proven track record in settling claims through correspondence, without prejudice meetings/conversations, and mediations.
