Keystone Law is pleased to announce that senior solicitor, Mark Shulman has today joined its Employment team from Cumberland Ellis where he was a partner.
Mark has a wealth of experience acting in a broad range of employment law matters for a variety of clients in both the private and public sectors. He has a particular expertise in discrimination law and also issues relating to redundancies, reorganisations and transfer of undertakings. Having previously practised as a barrister, Mark is an experienced advocate, representing clients both in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Mark is also an accredited Employment and Workplace Mediator. He uses a combination of mediation skills and his experience as an employment lawyer to help resolve sensitive and complex disputes within the workplace or as a result of Employment Tribunal claims. Mark qualified as a barrister in 1981 and became a Solicitor in 2003.
