Following the success of his previous two books, planning lawyer Martin Goodall has partnered with Bath Publishing to publish a third book entitled A Practical Guide to Permitted Changes of Use.
The guide is recognised as the only up-to-date comprehensive practical guide to permitted changes of use under the much changed General Permitted Development Order (GPDO). The third edition has been revised to reflect legislative changes since the second edition was published back in 2016. A number of new changes and revisions are covered in the book, as well as a new chapter which draws together a number of practical issues arising from the prior approval process.

To celebrate the launch, Keystone Law and Bath Publishing will be running an informative seminar discussing recent case law and the significant changes to legislation since 2016, such as Parts 3 & 4 of the GPDO, on Thursday 21 November 2019 at the Institution of Civil Engineers in London. Speaking at the event will be Martin Goodall and Ben Garbett from the Keystone planning team, along with Alistair Mills of Landmark Chambers, and it will conclude with a Q&A session chaired by Brian Waters, Editor of Planning in London.
