Keystone is delighted to announce the hire of highly-skilled corporate lawyer Barry Maytum, from Field Seymour Parkes.
With an impressive 25 years’ experience, many of which were spent at City firm Nabarro, Barry’s career has seen him act for a range of successful businesses including multinationals, venture capital and finance firms, and SMEs. With a client base spanning both the UK and US, Barry has a wealth of experience in financial law and can assist clients with banking and finance matters, as well as general commercial contracts. In addition, he is also able to assist clients with setting up not-for-profit entities.
Keystone’s third Field Seymour Parkes hire in less than a year, Barry’s arrival brings the firm’s Corporate team total to almost 30 Partner-level lawyers.
