With a career spanning 35 years, Andrew’s expertise is founded in planning and environmental law. He provides dedicated legal services to the ports sector on marine-related developments, particularly in relation to port infrastructure projects. In addition to project work, Andrew advises on regulatory and harbour management issues, including the promotion of Harbour Revision Orders. He also has considerable experience on the impact of nature conservation law on development projects in both the UK and Europe.Andrew’s arrival further strengthens Keystone’s already well-established planning law team and brings the number of senior planning lawyers at the firm to five.Andrew is a member of the UK Environmental Law Association, and is actively involved in the work of the British Ports Association.
