Keystone Law’s Corporate partner Andrew Bretherton has advised luxury handbag rental platform COCOON on its merger with MyWardrobe HQ, a fashion rental and resale marketplace.
COCOON provides its customers with different membership options, enabling them to rent a luxury designer handbag for up to three months.
This merger will see the companies represent over 170,000 users and £10 million in managed inventory. The company will now integrate subscription, rental, resale, sourcing and logistics, to create a 360-degree circular ecosystem.
Matt Heiman, COCOON founder said:
“We are looking forward to working with the team at MyWardrobe HQ and focus on the strengths that both companies bring to the table. We are extremely grateful for Andrew’s professional advice and guidance which facilitated a successful merger for us.”
