Keystone Law’s Aviation team has advised Royal Jordanian Airlines on the successful financing of two E195-E2 aircraft through its first Brazilian export credit-backed facility.
The transaction was structured as an Export Credit Agency (ECA) financing, supported by the Brazilian Development Bank and the Brazilian Guarantees and Funds Management Agency S.A.
The team was led by Aviation partner Mario Jacovides, assisted by Associate Mark Turner.
