Mark is a Trainee Solicitor, who assists the firm’s lawyers with a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. He has a particular focus on re/insurance coverage disputes and related advisory work, mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate restructuring and general corporate work, and domestic and cross-border finance and project development transactions.
Prior to joining Keystone, Mark worked in the insurance team of an international law firm.
