Mark is a Trainee Solicitor who assists the firm’s lawyers with a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. He has a particular focus on re/insurance coverage disputes and related advisory work, mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate restructuring and general corporate work, domestic and cross-border finance and project development transactions, and asset finance and leasing transactions in the aviation sector.
Prior to joining Keystone, Mark worked in the insurance team of an international law firm.
