Keystone Law has advised VFX Financial PLC (VFX), a leading provider of global foreign exchange solutions, on a significant new investment from a private investor.

The investment will be used to expedite the delivery of a number of exciting new products and client-driven solutions across existing and new geographies.

The Keystone Law team was led by corporate partner Charles Frank and included corporate partner Gabi Olson-Welsh, corporate solicitor Ana Gresa Pico, employment partner Jane Wheeler, tax partner Paul McCourt, pensions solicitor Monica Ma, real estate partner Sam Benfield and trainee solicitor Sophie Welbourn.

Nick England, Chairman of VFX, commented:

I have worked with Charles on several deals over the years and this one was by far the most complex. There were many moving parts that Charles and the Keystone Team broke down into manageable work streams, making the process much simpler and efficient. I would highly recommend Charles as a trusted legal advisor.

Charles Frank added:

It was a pleasure to advise on this transaction, and to work with Nick and his team. This is a fantastic transaction for the VFX business and I look forward to witnessing its continued growth.”
