Eleanor is a paralegal who assists our litigation team with a wide range of matters, such as drafting emails, advice and pleadings for clients, drafting instructions for counsel, reviewing disclosure, preparing bundles, and completing substantive and procedural research for maritime disputes.
Experience
- Assisted on a ship collision claim between a ship owner and charterer.
- Assisted on a claim arising from an alleged termination under a COA between a charterer and ship owner.
- Assisted on a disputed scrubber purchase and installation agreement between a scrubber designer and a ship owner.
- Assisted on a ruined holiday claim, between a yacht charterer and yacht owner.
Career
Prior to joining Keystone in 2023, Eleanor worked at Rothschild & Co, before she left to complete a GDL and BVS at City Law School.
