I just wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt thanks to you for all your support, guidance, and patience throughout this extended and often emotionally charged process. Your compassion, professionalism, and steady presence have made a meaningful difference, and I’m truly grateful for how you’ve handled everything with both care and clarity.
Client, Consultant Doctor represented at Inquest
I want to thank you for all your professionalism and guidance during this relatively long process. I could not have asked for more. You were always available, listened and provided super support. I am delighted that the matter is resolving.
Client, Consultant Surgeon
The past month you have held my hand and walked me through one of the most critical and painful times in my life. There is not a single point at which you have not risen to whatever was thrown at you, 3am emails reflecting your utter dedication. I have felt so held in the safety of your acumen which, to me as a legal lay person, has often bordered on wizardry. The course of my life changed yesterday because of you. A heartfelt sincere thankyou to you all.
Client, Consultant Doctor
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to you for the support and representation you have provided me over my FTP case. The way you have dealt with me has been incredibly compassionate and understanding. You are an invaluable ally to any registrant who finds themselves having to answer to a regulator and I can’t express how grateful I am to you for everything you have done for me.
A paramedic represented before the HCPC
You always provided reassurance and sound advice, and I would recommend you and your team without reservation to any of my colleagues if needed.
Surgeon represented in NHS Trust proceedings
I just wanted to write to let you know how grateful I am for the help you gave me during most of the previous 10 months. I think you showed me exceptional presence and were always there for me to answer even tiniest questions, but very often more important ones. Actually it was a privilege knowing you both during this experience.
