Keystone was shortlisted in the category of best use of digital media in recruitment, which saw the panel look to identify ways in which digital media has been used in recruitment, to engage with candidates that may not otherwise have responded to a traditional campaign. Beating off strong competition from the likes of the Army Officer Reserve and Thomas Cook, Keystone took home the prestigious prize following the success of its innovative recruitment drive which began with the launch of a dedicated recruitment site. Previous winners of the award include Boots and O2.
The online portal comes to life at Keystone Law comes complete with a variety of engaging features that aim to showcase the benefits of joining the firm. At the click of a button, prospective lawyers can gain insight into the support structure and various facilities which, together, form the very foundations that have enabled Keystone to become the largest firm of its kind.
Judges were particularly impressed with the site’s Lifestyle Calculator, which allows potential applicants to discover how different their lives could be if they were to join Keystone – simply by answering a series of short questions. The panel also commented on the “simple, well-constructed site” adding that the entry “set out its objectives clearly, and demonstrated how these were on the way to being achieved”.
