Keystone Law’s Isle of Man and UK offices have advised Stacuity, an innovative Isle of Man-based software-as-a-service provider on its multi-million-pound Series A funding round, which was led by Amigos Venture Capital.
This significant investment will fuel Stacuity’s global expansion, enabling the company to scale its operations, expand its highly talented international team, and accelerate the rollout of its global network of managed edge locations.
Stacuity’s goal is to redefine mobile connectivity solutions by providing enhanced local data autonomy and control to its customers worldwide.
The Keystone team was led by Corporate partner and Isle of Man-based solicitor Stephen Rodd and included Corporate partner JP Irvine, associate Wallis Lambie, and trainee solicitor Agnieszka Ablazej-Strandskov.
