The UK’s leading platform firm, Keystone Law, has bolstered its Kent presence with the hire of leading lawyer Rebecca Tinham.

Pairing the strength of a national firm, with the expertise of regional lawyers situated all over the country – Rebecca’s arrival now sees a total of 9 high-calibre lawyers in the Kent area offering City quality services at highly competitive prices, due to Keystone’s elimination of the traditional partnership structure and overheads normally associated with the conventional firm. Keystone’s lawyers are free to work from wherever they choose, without the constraints of billable targets, promoting the creation of profound client relationships and bespoke services.

With well over a decade of experience in her field, she acts on a wide range of commercial dispute resolution and litigation work. Rebecca acts for a range of Kent-based, owner managed, commercial enterprises and her striking skillset includes advising businesses on trading disputes, intellectual property litigation, corporate defamation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and joint venture disputes. She has also been ranked as a leading individual in the Chambers legal directory on several occasions. With an abundance of experience, Rebecca’s impressive career has also seen her hold consecutive partnership positions at two leading Kent-based firms, including a role as Head of Dispute Resolution at Vertex Law (which merged with Cripps Harries Hall in 2013 and is now Cripps).

James Knight, Managing Director at Keystone Law commented,

“Keystone is an ambitious firm. With plans in place for a full-scale nationwide network of offices, as well as exciting prospects overseas – our burgeoning offering in Kent is one exciting piece of the puzzle. We welcome applications from lawyers in the area, who are interested in joining us”

Rebecca added,

“Keystone’s culture is entrepreneurial, dynamic and positive. Whilst Keystone’s lawyers may not be based in the same building, there is a very strong sense of mutual support and expert teams can be assembled with ease. I am very much looking forward to being part of Keystone’s future success.”
